Everything worth knowing about your stay at the SEELEITEN Lake Spa Hotel on Lake Caldaro.
Check-in is possible in the morning – you can arrive early, use the spa area and enjoy the lunch buffet. Your room is ready by 14:30 at the latest. On departure day we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00; afterwards you can still use the spa area and the lunch buffet all day.
Yes, your dog is warmly welcome. We charge € 36 per day (excluding food). Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and spa area, but they are welcome in the bar, on the terrace, in a dedicated area of the sunbathing lawn and at the lake accesses.
Our pampering board accompanies you deliciously through the day: breakfast buffet from 07:30 to 10:30, lunch buffet from 12:00 to 14:30 and dinner from 19:00 to 21:00. The lunch buffet is a free additional service and is also included with bed & breakfast stays.
The travel protection offers additional security in case of cancellation or early departure – for example due to illness, accident or other unforeseeable events. It is optional and costs only 8 euros per room and day. In an emergency it covers the costs that may arise according to our cancellation terms.
Several spa and water worlds await you: the Spa Sensea (adults only) with infinity pool (34°C), relaxation rooms, cold plunge pool and three textile-free saunas; the Indoor Pool Area with a large pool (32°C), whirlpool, children's pool, two textile saunas and Kneipp facility; the chlorine-free natural bathing pond (27 m, approx. 28°C, March–October) with brine grotto and outdoor whirlpool; and the Beauty & Treatment Spa Ninfea for massages and treatments.
The SEELEITEN is located about 400 metres from the lakeshore on the South Tyrolean Wine Road. The hotel has two private lake accesses – one is about a 10-minute walk away, the second is on the opposite eastern shore. We recommend reaching the lake on foot or by bike; we deliberately do not offer a shuttle service.
Yes, we offer EV charging stations directly in the hotel garage. The charging speed is 11 KW/h and there are no blocking fees. Billing is conveniently done via your room card.
